The
Budget Committee is required by state law to be made up
of the governing body and an equal number of citizens who
are registered voters within the entity's jurisdiction.
The
Budget Committee typically holds the official annual budget
process meetings on Wednesday evenings starting in April
and ending in May. Two or three work sessions per year are
held outside the Budget process to review the City's financial
status.
